| Mr. M. A. Pathan |

Mr. Pathan joined Tata Petrodyne Ltd. as a Director of the Company effective 26th March 2003. In June 2007, he has been appointed as the Chairman of Tata Petrodyne Ltd. Mr. Pathan is an Honours Graduate in Economics with specialization in Petroleum Management from Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA with about four decades of diverse experience in the oil industry.
Mr. Pathan was on the Indian Oil Corporation Board since 1994 and was the Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. from February 1997 to March 2002, an important pillar of the Indian Petroleum Industry.
Mr. Pathan was the Chairman of Petroleum Federation of India (PetroFed) from 1st April, 2002 to 3rd August 2003. After having placed PetroFed on a firm footing he joined an assignment with TATAs, as their Group Resident Director, Delhi from 1st November 2002.
Mr. Pathan was the Vice-President on the Board for three years and thereafter served as the Vice-Chairman of the Advisory Council of World LP Gas Association, Paris. He is presently the Co-Chairman Emeritus for International Energy Advisory Council (IEAC), U.S.A. Mr. Pathan has also been nominated as Advisor Emeritus for Global Union Energy Ventures with effect from 19th September 2006.
Mr. Pathan is also on Board of Indian Oil Tanking Ltd., Uttarkhand Biofuels Ltd. McGraw Hill Education and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited.
Mr. Pathan is a Member of National Committee on Sports, National Committee on Hydrocarbons (Petroleum, Oil & Gas), Energy Council and International Council of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
He is also the President of Society for Preservation of Healthy Environment and Ecology and the Heritage of Agra and Member of the Society “National Centre for Gender Training, Planning & Research” of LBSNAA, Government of India, Mussoorie.

| Mr. K. A. Chaukar |

Mr. K. A. Chaukar joined the Board of Tata Petrodyne Limited as a Director in March 2005. Mr. Chaukar, currently the Managing Director of Tata Industries Limited (TIL), is a post-graduate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management at Ahmadabad.
TIL is one of the two principal holding companies of the Tata Group, India’s largest and best known conglomerate. TIL acts as the diversification and new projects-promotion arm of the Group, and spearheads the entry of the Group in the emerging high-tech and sunrise sectors of the economy. In his capacity as Managing Director of TIL, Mr. Chaukar is responsible for enhancing the value and the interest of TlL in TIL-promoted companies. One of the tasks performed in the quest for this value enhancement is to provide strategic direction to these companies.
Mr. Chaukar is a member of the Group Corporate Centre, which is engaged in strategy formulation at the Tata Group. He is on the Board of various Tata companies like Information Technology Park Limited, Tata Teleservices Limited, Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited, among others. He also oversees the functions of the Department of Economics & Statistics (DES) and the Tata Credit Card. Mr. Chaukar is also the Chairman of Tata Council for Community Initiatives (TCCI) – the nodal agency of the Group on all matters related to social development, environmental management, bio-diversity restoration and conservation of wild life.
Mr. Chaukar was previously the Managing Director of ICICI Securities & Finance Company Limited from July 1993 to October 1998, and a member of the Board of Directors of ICICI Limited from February 9, 1995 to October 15, 1998. His other experiences include stints in Bhartiya Agro Industries Foundation, a Public Trust engaged in rural development on a no-profit no-loss basis and based in Pune, Maharashtra, and Godrej Soaps Limited. |

| Mr. V. K .Sharma |

Mr. Sharma was reinducted as a Non-Executive Director of the Tata Petrodyne Board in March 2010. He joined Tata Petrodyne Limited as Executive Director of the Company from 16th November 2004. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. Mr. Sharma has wide experience in the fields of oil exploration and production and materials management.
Mr. Sharma started his career with DGS&D, the central purchase organisation of the Government of India where he worked for six years. He joined Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) in 1972. During the work span of 32 years with ONGC, the premier Exploration and Production Company of India, Mr. Sharma gained valuable experience in various areas of activity. His initial grooming was in the materials & contracts management in respect of goods, services, Charter Hires, & Turnkey projects. Later as Executive Director of Western Offshore (India), he successfully managed various activities like planning, execution of Increased Oil Recovery projects (IOR), maintenance of operating facilities, HSE policy implementation, Sea & air logistics and Operation of Oil & Gas processing facilities both offshore & onshore at Uran and Hazira landfall terminals.
He joined the Board of Directors of ONGC, as Director (Offshore) in February 2001 & was responsible for Marketing of Oil & Gas, materials management policies of the Corporation, apart from production of Oil & gas offshore.
He was also entrusted with the assignment of Director In-charge, Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) after its acquisition by ONGC. In addition, he represented ONGC on the Board of Mazgaon Docks Ltd., Pawan Hans Ltd. & Mangalore Port Trust. He superannuated from ONGC in May 2004.

| Mr. A k Arora |

Mr. Arora has joined Tata Petrodyne as Non-Executive Director in September 2010. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Delhi University. He completed Post Graduate Diploma in Petroleum Refining & Petrochemicals from Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun in 1965. Mr. Arora has over 45 years of experience in the hydrocarbons sector
Mr Arora is currently working as Director General, Petroleum Federation of India, an industry body representing India’s petroleum sector. Prior to joining PetroFed, Mr. Arora retired as a whole time Director on the Board of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
Mr. Mathur started his career in Oil & Gas industry with ONGC where he worked at various levels in all major fields of ONGC viz. Gujarat, Assam and Mumbai. He has received many accolades with highest one being “Manager of the Year” in ONGC. He has served in Territorial Army Unit of ONGC for 10 years. |

| Mr. Anupam Mathur |

Mr. Mathur has joined Tata Petrodyne as Executive Director & CEO. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the S.V. Regional College of Engineering and Technology, Surat. Mr. Mathur has over 36 years of experience in the fields of exploration and production and Construction management.
Prior to joining Tata Petrodyne, Mr. Mathur superannuated from ONGC Videsh Limited (OVL) after 12 years of service. His last assignment with OVL was as Director (Commercial) whereby he was responsible for all development and producing assets besides handling HR, Administration, Material Management, Legal functions etc. Through his career in OVL, Mr. Mathur has gained international experience at various levels of management, be it as Country Manager in Vietnam or Project Manager in Singapore & Western Australia.
Mr. Mathur started his career in Oil & Gas industry with ONGC where he worked at various levels in all major fields of ONGC viz. Gujarat, Assam and Mumbai. He has received many accolades with highest one being “Manager of the Year” in ONGC. He has served in Territorial Army Unit of ONGC for 10 years. |
