Mr. Guha, Vice President- Finance, is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has been with the Company since August 2004. Prior to his stint with the Company he has experience in various industries like Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Retailing.

In his capacity as CFO, Mr. Guha is responsible for all commercial, legal, tax and regulatory matters. He is also responsible for strategic planning, budgeting and overseeing treasury operations of the Company. Mr. Guha is also a Director of Dian Energy BV, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Petrodyne Limited.

Mr. Guha has an overall experience of 21 years in various industries including Auto-components, Medical and Financial services.

Mr. Kumar has joined Tata Petrodyne Limited as Vice-President- Technical. After an initial stint of two years as a lecturer in Physics, he joined the Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) in 1984 in the position of Geophysicist. Out of the twenty four years of his rich experience in the oil industry, nineteen years have been in the field of interpretation of Geoscientific data for oil exploration including four years international experience in North Africa.

Initially as a multi disciplinary team member and later as a team leader, he has completed more than thirty projects leading to the identification and drilling of a number of prospects resulting in Hydrocarbon discoveries. Apart from possessing experience in interpreting 2D & 3D Seismic data on work station environment, his other attributes include problem evaluation, communication skills and result oriented approach.

International exposure includes a 21/2 years working level experience at GNPOC Sudan followed by a two year stint as the head of interpretation with the National Oil Corporation of Libya. The assignment included appraising and advising the management regarding all technical matters of the subordinate companies under NOC and other multinational companies totaling about forty three.

Mr. Murthy has joined Tata Petrodyne Limited as General Manager - Technical. He has over 21 years of work experience in Geology. His primary responsibilities include giving technical support to the G&G team in monitoring the various blocks, mentoring / guiding the team members. Also evaluating various blocks as a part of Farming In process and interacting with JV Partners of existing Blocks.

Prior to joining Tata Petrodyne, he had a stint with Kuwait Energy Company as a Senior Geologist (Exploration) where he was handling Exploration Portfolio Management, Evaluation of available prospects, Prospects ranking of the exploratory blocks spread in different basins in Middle East and SE Asia.

Mr. Bhatia, currently Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts in Tata Petrodyne Ltd, is a Graduate from Bombay University, Mumbai. He is a key member of the Accounts & Finance Team reporting to the CFO at Tata Petrodyne Ltd.

In his capacity as Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts, Mr. Bhatia is responsible for Corporate Accounts including preparation of Annual Accounts, dealing with Statutory, Tax and Internal Auditors, liaison with Income Tax Authorities, MIS preparation, Treasury Operation etc. He has overall 15 years experience in Oil & Gas Business.

Prior to joining Tata Petrodyne Ltd in 2001, Mr. Bhatia was working with Hitech Drilling Services India Limited as Assistant Manager –Finance & Accounts.

Mr. Thanawalla, currently Manager – Corporate Finance & Business Development in Tata Petrodyne Ltd, is responsible for Business Development, strategy formulation and execution, and manages all new strategic initiatives including growth plans, entry into new markets and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Thanawalla assists in corporate planning & budgeting, MIS preparation & reporting, financial modeling, project financing and financial analysis. He is also play a key role in corporate affairs for the Company.

An engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology, Mr. Thanawalla joined Indetrak Insurance Services as a Client Manager overseeing project insurance broking business, after completing MBA(Finance & International Business) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
